PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT OR TRAINING, PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION & POLICIES BELOW

STUDIO'S POLICIES

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be subjected to an extra charge of $25.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hrs notice, you will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee and you will have to pay for your appointment in full prior to re-booking. 
• If you give less than 48 hrs notice for your initial touch up appointment. You will be charged a $50 no show fee and $50 for touch up itself.
• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the deposit is transferable ONE time if you reschedule within 24hrs of the appointment. If you no show your deposit is forfeit indefinitely.
• Eyebrow touch ups are complimentary for up to 3 months. Lip appointments do not come with a complimentary touch up.
• If you've had ANY work done by a previous artist, please submit clear photos to get approved before booking. All previous work is considered a full service.
• NO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption.
• All results will vary per person depending on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.
• We are not liable for any changes to the brows or lips once the final decision has been approved during consultation. 
• After care instructions are given at the end of your appointment. It is the client's responsibility to follow all instructions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or fire a client for any given reason.
• PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

RESTRICTIONS APPLY IF UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Pregnant or Breastfeeding
• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring (Powder Ombré is fine)
• Accutane (consult your tattoo artist)
• Skin irritations, Psoriasis, or Eczema near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
• Diabetic (please consult doctor)
• Chemotherapy (please consult doctor)
• Viral infections and/or diseases
• Epilepsy
• Under 18 years old
• Botox within 2 weeks of your appointment
• Chemical peel within 4 weeks of your appointment
• Filler within 4 weeks for lip blush appointments
• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system /  healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.

TRAINING POLICIES:

To enroll in one of Studio Noir's tattoo training programs, a deposit is required and must be made at the time of registration. The deposit is non-refundable after 30 days but can be transferred to another class if notice is given 14 days before the scheduled start date of the original class. If notice is not given within the specified time frame, the deposit will be forfeited. The remaining balance of the tuition must be paid in full before the scheduled start date of the class, unless another payment plan has been discussed with your instructor. Failure to make payment in full by the specified date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the participant's enrollment in the class. The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, the deposit and tuition will be fully refunded or transferred to another class.

It is the responsibility of the participant to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to ensure timely communication from the program. Participants must also comply with all program policies, including but not limited to safety and sanitation protocols, to ensure the safety of themselves and others. Failure to comply with program policies may result in removal from the program without refund.
