Ashley Kocjančič, is the head artist and founder of Studio Noir. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse and 5x certified PMU artist, with over 6 years experience. She is trained to work on all skin types and is passionate about educating and turning new artists into BEAUTY BOSSES.
